Sorry, but the sound of kids playing isn't a nuisance, and there's tons of folks in crappy neighborhoods who happily trade the sound of pickup wiffle ball games behind their house during the afternoon as opoosed to gunshots, sirens, feral cats and five thousasnd dollar car stereo systems in the middle of the night.
