William Breault: Stupidest man in Worcester, part 3

by Brendan Melican on July 8, 2008

In today’s T&G a story about the apparent success of the cities new Yellow Boxes for needle disposal. Billy, what do you have to say on the matter?

“I haven’t found an environmentally or socially conscious drug addict”

He’s making it too easy folks.

I tried finding people with either an environmental or social component to their fame, I’ll happily entertain criticisms or make adjustments to the list via comments. Why the T&G keeps printing his crap is beyond me but it really makes them appear lazy to anyone who made it through second grade.

That list would be 10 times its length if you included all the raging alcoholics of the world who have made it a better place.
I would say myself but I’ve only gone as far as seperating my recyclable. Which it turns out I no longer have to do. (I still do).
Betty Ford comes to mind.

I tried to eliminate anything legal, Absinthe made the cut but only because what we allow in the US is not quite the real deal. But yes, a booze list would break the internet.

The Stupidest Man In Worcester series has now risen to legendary status. Local musicians will soon be writing ballads about the Stupidest Man In Worcester. Plays will be written, books will be written, movie treatments will be pitched by A&A films…

Dude – putting Marion Barry on the list doesn’t help your argument.

That was my first thought, Jim. But I figured his pre-crack work with the civil rights movement would count for something.

Billy would make a fantastic Congressman. I think the only two requirements for electability for that post are “horse’s ass” and “gets published in the paper”.
