Looks like some new water colors are in order! I can only imagine this rendering from the official City Square website was created in error. To think Berkley Investments would suggest street vendors could actually play a role in the revitalization of Downtown Worcester. Who do these people think they are? Urban planners!?!! Look how smug that cartoon vendor lady looks as she steals business from legitimate brick and mortars! The nerve.

Ex-City Councilor Mike Perotto recently held a “Debt-Retirement” fundraiser to pay of bills incurred from his failed run in 2007 for City Council.
According to the state website OCPF Electronic Filing and Campaign Disclosure System, Mr. Perotto’s total campaign liabilities of $10,473.15 at the end of 2007.
$5,000 of the liability was related to what Mr. Perotto’s campaign owes Mr. Perotto. He loaned his campaign the $5,000 and now wants to recoup the money from contributions from the fundraiser. The remainder of the liabilities are debts owed to vendors who provided services related to the campaign.
According to the data provided in the OPCM, Mr. Perotto has contributed thousands of dollars of campaign contributions to his pet charities and to support other politicians.
