It seems that his respondents need to spend a little more time in the grey zone. The USA is a wonderful country, but it is now governed by a president and his advisors who have significantly benefited financially from this war. We as a country hold ourselves above others. That supremacy and moral superiority would be a fallacy if we were not allowed to speak out against egregious behavior that diminishes our stature. And the decision of the court using the terminology of "unlawful free speech could only come from jurists appointed by a Republican administration. Give Ms. Schaefer-Duffy a break!
