The Gothamist has a write-up of NYC Mayor Bloomberg’s new anti-graf plan. A good read for anyone who has an interest in hip-hop culture. It will be interesting to see how other cities follow suit; and if any distinction is made between street art and vandalism as the line between the two is increasingly fuzzy.
